Songa Ngila – meaning ‘Show me the way’- displays the courage it takes to ask for forgiveness and the courage it takes to celebrate, though there is much that is weighing heavy on the Congolese people. This piece also raises the awareness of the atrocities that are still taking place in Congo due to the conflict materials.
This performance features two romantic duets: “All I Ask of You” by Andrew Lloyd Webber, an iconic piece from the musical The Phantom of the Opera, and “Time to Say Goodbye” by Francesco Sartori (music) and Lucio Quarantotto (lyrics).

“Omiyage” is an open source piece written by Shoji Kameda in 2024. In Japanese, “Omiyage” means “gift”. This song is a gift to the taiko community, a way to encourage the spirit of generosity amongst taiko players around the world.
